USS Avenger NX-03 NCC-03

The ship is 1x bigger than the original Instellar class starship. Even ships like this carries 3x firepower greater than the Klingon D-7 Battlecrusier, also have the speed as the Hermes class scout. Her Manouvering thrusters are 5x powerful than the old ships also her warp speed is nearly warp 7.9. There is however a attachment on the lower hull which could be cargo bays or the new deep space communications deck. The Original Avenger was the NX-09 but in the state and in the 23rd Century Starfleet changed NX-09 to NX-03 because most of the NX classes were decomissioned, lost in space, crashed like the NX-02 Columbia or destroyed.
